What is emulsifying equipment?
The vacuum mixer homogenizer is designed to blend materials with varying viscosities in industries such as personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and more. It employs multiple mixing methods to purify and disperse products like creams, lotions, ointments, preparations, and suspensions.

Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Machine Features
The emulsification mixer is designed with optimal features to meet your specific mixing needs. It includes an automatic lid that rises during operation and emulsifying boilers that draw material directly from oil and water boilers. The discharge process occurs as the emulsifying boiler rotates. Heat can be supplied via electricity or steam.
Intercalated bed cooling is efficient and convenient, with a warm layer on the exterior of the bed. The homogenizer and stirring blades can operate together or independently, performing functions like sliming, mixing, and dispersing quickly. The emulsifier’s components are made of stainless steel and feature a mirror-polished interior. The production process complies with GMP hygiene standards.
Emulsifier Machine Working Principle
First, heat the water and oil pots separately.
The emulsifying pump draws water and oil into the pot. This pot is just below the water and oil pots.
A scraper helps clean the mixer. The center mixer mixes ingredients when set, having materials constantly making new interfaces.
Materials are cut, crushed, mixed, and blended with the help of a rotary vane. A high cutting wheel speed and fixed cutting cover are used till the materials are 200nm-2um.
The hydraulic shear enhances centrifugal force-induced tearing and other mixing impacts. With this, emulsifier mixer emulsification creates stable, high-quality, bubble-free products.
Air created while mixing instantly fills the vacuum in the emulsifying pot. After that, the emulsified product materials settle and are released.

Mixing Tank/Vessel
The vessel’s exceptional spherical interior ensures smooth operation of the scrubber. It can be filled up to 90% of its capacity, though most charges typically fill the vessel to 80%. Container capacities range from 1 to 10,000 liters.
Standard Type
The mixing tank's head plate is positioned near the bottom. The smooth interior of the tank creates a wide heat zone, which helps in adjusting the internal pressure components.
Hemisphere
Strong agitation indicates system efficiency. Few materials can be effectively fermented with good mixing performance under single-edge conditions. The direct heat transfer area is minimal, yet agitation remains effective. Despite limitations, materials can be rearranged for optimal results.
Agitating Systems Scrapper
A wall-mounted automated scraper circulates the product, which is heated or cooled by the vessels, ensuring efficient heat exchange. The spherical interior enhances the scraping blade's efficiency, optimizing heat transfer. With a simple touch, the scraping blade can be detached. Materials such as Teflon, neoprene, and nitrile rubber are compatible.
Agitators
The blade type and rotation speed are tailored to specific tasks. The rotational speed is a continuous variable within a specified range. A tachometer and rotation counter are connected to the motherboard for precise monitoring. High-quality oil seals are installed on the mixer’s shaft component for enhanced safety and reliability.
High-Shear Mixer
Product mixing now focuses on reduced surface dynamics and more uniform dispersion. These combinations enable rapid cutting and blending. The blender blades, in various conditions, feature a modern turbine-like shape that spins quickly. While all variations share key features, the design ensures significant disruption and percussion, leading to fast and precise dispersion.
Ultra Mixer
The ultra-mixer efficiently absorbs unwanted substances and generates intense cavitation from the spinning hood’s scratching force. The mixture is released from the vessel’s side. Unlike the rapid homo blender, the ultra-blender excels by breaking down the material through targeted cleaving rather than random chopping. This method ensures smooth powder dispersion and is especially effective for thick materials due to its exceptional cleaving ability.
Homo Fast Mixer
The liquid undergoes substantial impact, shearing, and agitation between the rotating stator and turbine vanes, resulting in effective emulsification and dispersion. The blender edge can serve as a replacement for the cutting edge.
An exceptional seal is designed to withstand large cutting forces, allowing the blender to spin at an impressive 10,000 RPM. However, a homo-suck-down blender may also be effective. The scattering of force in areas with weak gravity is influenced by the vessel's circulating speed.
Scatter Mixer
The scattering mixer blades feature sharp, spherical disks with indented edges that effortlessly break down powder and disperse it into liquids. These blades ensure even distribution within the fluid. The serrated cutting edges generate a fine mist of powder, thoroughly mixing it into the liquid.
